1.About the sample: how could I get a sample?

We can provide the samples before placing the order,but sample will be charged against the product cost, freight and some other operation fees.

We will conside to refund the product cost of sample if you place container order to us.

For some new products, maybe we will reject to supply you sample, for some purposes, specially for protection of property, so well understanding will be much appreciated.

2. About price: could I get your pricelist?

Please send the following information to us at email: sales#kangfit.com (pls use @ to instead # here)

a. Your company name and address

b. Telephone and Fax numbers

c. The product that you are interesting in now.

d. How do you market or plan on marketing the products?

Then normally you will receive formal offer within one day from our sales teams after your enquiry sent out by fax, email etc with the product code number of your interesting, planning quantity, and prior market, we will be swiftly get back to you.

3. About the shipment: what kind of shipment will you use?

We can ship the goods to you by sea or by air. FCL or LCL shipment both ok. And we will charge a LCL handle fee if ship the goods by LCL(less than a  full container).

4.About Spare part

some free spare part will be put in the container which only contained one kind  product, if mixed container, also some less free spare parts will be available; no spare parts supply for sample order. whatever, any kind parts order are welcome.

5.Our Location

Yongkang City is located in the east part of china, in the Middle of Zhejiang Province. It is 250Km away from  downtown Hangzhou City(the provincial capital of Zhejiang Province).

It takes 3 hours from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to our city by car. And  takes around 3 hours from Ningbo to our city by car, 5 hours from Shanghai to our city by car.
